Advice to individuals and legal entities under public and private law on public procurement procedures and administrative management; participation in the appeal stage of selection procedures (appeal proceedings, as appellant or as an interested third party), support, management and administration during contract performance (contract amendments, risk prevention and risk management); and dispute resolution (arbitration, Dispute Boards, Dispute Prevention and Resolution Boards); defence in administrative sanction proceedings before public entities; challenge of administrative acts in administrative proceedings and judicial review thereof; advice on administrative liability, regulatory compliance and the application of public procurement rules.
